Conference Highlights

Plenary Sessions

An exciting program will feature invited Canadian and international speakers. Invitations are being extended to senior representatives of Canadian industry and academic organizations and Canadian government officials, as well as international space sector leaders. Speakers will explore ways that Canadian organizations can achieve their goals and participate more fully in the international space marketplace, detailing specific opportunities open to Canadian enterprises.

Technical Sessions

Several parallel tracks will accommodate a technical program that is expected to include over 100 presentations on a wide variety of subjects. 

Language of the Conference

ASTRO 2024 will be presented in English.

Registration

All ASTRO 2024 participants are required to register in order the capture important information that CASI requires for onsite use (e.g.: Allergies, Mobility Concerns, etc.).

Be sure to consult the Terms and Conditions of Registration before beginning the online registration process so that you are aware of what is included with your registration, as well as what extra tickets you may want to purchase separately.

Register for ASTRO 2024

Hotel Information

The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel offers a special rate for bookings related to ASTRO 2024. Individual reservations can be made via calling 1-866-837-5184 no later than August 5th.

When booking by phone, individuals must identify themselves as members of the Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

The special rate for this event is not advertised on the hotel's regular website, nor on third party websites; it can only be claimed by calling the number above.

The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel offers a parking discount for all conference attendees: parking will be $16/day (instead of $32) and this applies to attendees not booked at the hotel.
