Terms and Conditions apply to all sessions and social functions taking place during CASI ASTRO 2026.

CASI Membership will be automatically validated during the online registration process. Members enjoy exclusive online content, registration discounts and access to additional Event Tickets.

Special considerations regarding accessibility, dietary restrictions, life-threatening allergies etc. may be addressed during the online registration process.

All participants are responsible for submitting their own registration in order to capture important information regarding your safe attendance.

Registration Levels

Standard Delegate Registrations

Included with your Standard Delegate Registration:

• All Coffee Breaks
• All Lunch Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• AERO 2026 Welcome Reception (Tuesday)
• Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday)

Student Delegate Registrations

Included with your Student Delegate Registration:

• All Coffee Breaks
• All Lunch Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

To minimize Student Registration costs, the Talent Meets Market Breakfast (see below), the AERO 2026 Welcome Reception (Tuesday), the Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), and all Luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) are not included. Tickets for these functions are available separately.

Talent Meets Market Breakfast – a limited number of tickets are available for purchase by Student Registrants only. This ensures a high proportion of senior professionals to student participants for this unique and rewarding event. Space is limited.

Exhibitor Registrations

Included with each 8’ x 10’ exhibit booth space rented:

• One complimentary Exhibitor Registration, non-transferable
• All Coffee Breaks
• All Lunch Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for the person(s) using the Exhibitor Registration
• AERO 2026 Welcome Reception (Tuesday)
• A Registration Code will be provided for your Exhibitor Registration

Sponsor Registrations

Included with your Sponsor Registration:

• Complimentary Sponsor Registration(s) according to your Sponsor Level, non-transferable
• All Coffee Breaks
• All Lunch Breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for the person(s) using the Sponsor Registration
• AERO 2026 Welcome Reception (Tuesday)
• Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday)
• A Registration Code will be provided for your Sponsor Registration

VIP Registrations

Our Invited Speaker registrations are complimentary for the day applicable, but we do require a registration from our guests in order to capture any allergies and/or special needs which they may require.

Volunteer Registrations

Payment Policy

1. VISA and MasterCard are accepted, all online credit card payments are subject to a 3.1% processing fee

• All registration fees are subject to 13% HST
• All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Credit Card transactions are subject to a processing fee of 2.9%
• Payment must be received before admission to this event
• Receipts are issued via e-mail once payment has been processed and your registration has been completed
• Please contact CASI if you wish to register several attendees in a single payment

Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Registrations are transferable with the express written consent of the original registrant. Request Registration Transfer
• Up to and including DATE, a full refund (less a $50.00 Administrative Fee) will be issued upon request
• On or after DATE, no refunds will be issued
• If you fail to attend the conference and did not cancel your registration on or before DATE, no refund will be issued

AERO 2026 Conference Cancellation Policy

In the event that CASI AERO 2026 is cancelled, a full refund will be issued, excluding bank charges and/or incurred Administrative Fees.

Meals

Due to the advance notice required to confirm meals served at AERO 2026, we cannot guarantee onsite registrants or onsite ticket purchasers a seat at any meal, or the meal of their choice.

Social Functions

CASI reserves the right to cancel or vary social functions if minimum participation numbers are not reached, and will be unable to refund extra tickets for social functions and any additional food/beverage ticket purchases less than 60 days prior to the event.

Data Collection

By providing your email address, you give consent to receiving email for all CASI AERO 2026 messaging. Your email will never be shared or public. 

Imagery Disclosure

When registering, you agree to grant permission for CASI to use your likeness:

• in a digital capture of photo/video nature in any and all of its publications and presentations (including online photo galleries) without payment or any other consideration
• to authorise CASI to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing CASI programs or for any other lawful purpose
• to waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears, that these materials will become the property of CASI

Onsite Policies

CASI ASTRO 2026 is a professional event. Please be respectful and mindful of other participants. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Registration, you agree to professional conduct ethics.

Violating professional conduct ethics during CASI AERO 2026 may result in being ejected from the event without refund, and permanent exclusion from future CASI events.
