Registration Terms & Conditions
CASI Membership will be automatically validated during the online registration process. Members enjoy exclusive online content, registration discounts and access to additional Event Tickets.
All Registration Fees and Extra Ticket prices include 13% HST.
CASI Members, Non-Members and Seniors
Included with your Registration:-
- All coffee breaks, the AERO 2023 Welcome Reception (Tuesday), the Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), and all Luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Students
Included with your Registration:-
- All coffee breaks and the AERO 2023 Welcome Reception (Tuesday).

- Meal Tickets are sold separately.
IMPORTANT: to minimize student registration costs, the Talent Meets Market Breakfast (see below), the AERO 2023 Welcome Reception (Tuesday), the Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), and all Luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) are not included. Tickets for these functions are available separately.
Talent Meets Market Breakfast – a limited number of tickets are available for purchase by students only. This ensures a high proportion of senior professionals to student participants for this unique and rewarding event. First come, first served!

- One complimentary Full Registration.
- Complimentary Full Registration includes: All coffee breaks, the AERO 2023 Welcome Reception (Tuesday), the Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), and all Luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for the person(s) using the complimentary registration(s).
- Delegate kit.
- Complimentary corporate Partner exhibit spaces do not include a complimentary Full Registration.
- An Exhibitor Registration Code will be provided.
Sponsors
Included with your Sponsorship:- Presenting Sponsor: Three complimentary Full Registrations.
- Gold Sponsors: Two complimentary Full Registrations.
- Silver Sponsors: One complimentary Full Registration.
- Complimentary Full Registration includes: All coffee breaks, the AERO 2023 Welcome Reception (Tuesday), the Gala Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), and all Luncheons (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for the person(s) using the complimentary registration(s).

VIPs
Our Invited Speaker registrations are complimentary, but we do require a registration from our guests in order to capture any allergies and/or special needs which they may require.

Volunteers
- Students may volunteer to assist with the Conference in return for complimentary registration!

- A Volunteer Registration Code will be provided.
Payment
- All registration fees include 13% HST.
- Please make payment before arriving onsite.
- Receipts are issued via e-mail once payment has been processed and your registration has been completed.
- Please contact CASI if you wish to register several attendees in a single payment.
Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registrations are transferable with the express written consent of the original registrant.
- Up to and including October 31, a full refund (less a $50.00 admin fee) will be issued upon request.
- On or after November 1, no refunds will be issued.
- If you fail to attend the conference and did not cancel your registration on or before November 1, no refund will be issued.
Meals
Due to the advance notice required to confirm meals served at AERO 2023, we cannot guarantee onsite registrants a seat at any meal, or the meal of their choice.Special Considerations
Special considerations regarding accessibility, dietary restrictions, allergies etc. may be addressed during the Registration process.
